just came from watching that movie with zai and brina. CAN DIE. the show has you sitting on the insides of your seats, with your whole mood on tenterhooks. it's sooo stressful watching the show, you never have a moment of peace, SHOCKING. hahaha. it was really good though, as though there really was one person in the entire city and you're pulled along as the story progresses.
brina and I from sitting up straight and just going 'oh my!' occassionally, became a screaming session throughout. though I think we were the only ones screaming aloud. then so happen when the action was going on, I said 'oh my gosh' and the cinema chose to be quiet at the moment. so brina laughed, cos I was real loud, then I said 'oh shit'. hahaha. got one part zai super funny. it was this scene whereby the dark seekers were walking slowly towards 'will smith' then they started running, and zai went 'chiong chiong'. hahaha. then he gave the analogy: 'like singapore sale, once the doors open all the aunties all chiong inside'. HAHAHA.
sitting at the 5th row naturally didn't make things better, cos since we were so close, the impact was greater too. AND, we sat under the speakers. so the close up plus the surround sound gave a GREAT IMPACT. at the end of the show, brina and zai said 'my heart cannot take it' and I said 'my head cannot take it'. cos the sound was so loud, it was giving me a headache, plus the impact and shocks...one can really get a heart attack from it. but it was fun. hahaha

yes. yes. yes. this ENTIRE POST is dedicated to claire!
so had dance from 10-2pm [took longer than I thought], but it was fantastic to sweat in dance, but it was giving me a headache. hopefully my body doesn't ache tomorrow. so I met claire for lunch at causeway point for lunch. once again, I'm late.
went to food horizon where I laughed at her card- the picture was...HILARIOUS. hahahaha.barely had an appetite for lunch, so...after that...we went to search for...claire's friend's present. where we found it: MINITOONS. ah lian cutie cutie shop :S hahaha. surprise surprise. plus, it was on offer. then I bought something for jai and wen. moving on, we tried to look for sam's present, but seriously, she's so DIFFICULT.
so after like, many rounds of walking around causeway point, we needed to move on with life. thus, we thought of going town. BUT, being dressed in the most...I-do-not-wanna-be-seen-like-this clothes, we changed our mind. we looked utterly GROSS. so we wanted to go bishan (where people we know will never go there), but changed our minds again and alighted at cityhall. and the best thing, we talked NON-STOP. until my throat so dry...
we walked into marina square's diva, and found so many 'best friends' accessories. and the rings caught our attention. so that's where we got sam's presents, there were 3 rings, PERFECT. HAHA. so claire and I were like wearing the ring, and getting high over it cos it was so 'in-the-way' and it was seriously funny. we were like, playing and flinging our hands til claire looked like she was a drug addict with spasms in her hands. and so, we were the annoying type of people: walk slowly, laugh damn loud, and blocking people's way. BUT, WHO CARES?
I swear claire NEVER LISTENS TO ME. she only HEARS. at diva, I showed her 3 things, and she didn't respond, so I thought she wasn't interested...and the next minute she shows me the EXACT same thing that I showed her a minute ago. and it happened for THREE times. actually, more, but I can't recall. found some stuff that could be stocked up as gifts- really cool stuff.
went over to raffles city where I bought something for jai again, claire bought her sister's present and we went window shopping. we found quite abit of nice stuff. and it was sooo crowded, plus, Accessorize was half price! SALE SALE SALE, but I didn't find anything. so don't worry. somehow though, I have no idea what I spent on, but I spent like 20 bucks today. JUST LIKE THAT. SIGH. went home around 8, and we watched dance clips on claire's ipod on the way home. she kept saying that she didn't know how to feel about my christmas gift from her. WEIRD.
then I went home and opened it immediately like some excited kid and I knew why. HAHAHA. I called her immediately, bemused. it's the EXACT same black purse from accessorize as the one shuwen bought for $13.90. HAHAHA. and while we were there, I picked it up it said '1/2 price' (shock #1) and then I said 'shuwen's gonna freak. she bought this a few weeks ago' (shock #2). HAHAHAHA. what a small small world. shuwen's gonna freak when she finds out. now I have the same wallet as her. HAHAHA. don't worry claire! I'll use it even though it's black! hahaha! [I just realised my stupid big phone can't fit in. boo.] hahaha. nonetheless. THANKS! :D
yay. I felt so happy when claire's mum said the perfume I gave her was sweet smelling :) wasn't even sure since I couldn't sniff it. so I just judged it from the bottle. so yayness :)

yay. I'm a happy girl :) went for dance today...it wasn't too bad. but it's SUCH A DRAG. I have to go back on friday and have dance on the first day of school...how sucky is that. but...I went to sign up for my advance japanese class today and, aside from my new phone. MY NEW CLOTHES HAVE ARRIVED. compliments of zai :) yay. hahaha. the black and white dress is perfect. LOL. I totally love it. hahaha.
oh, and I was at meidi-ya today, then I bought 12 boxes of japanese curry [who ask the stupid local supermarkets not to carry them anymore]. and these ladies were just staring at my 12 boxes while deciding on a brand to buy. haha. then I went to the cashier, and the guy in front of me was about to pay...he took a second look at me as though I was mad. hahaha. it was extremely amusing. LOL.

Christmas was dull, sad, annoying for me this time. I think I seem to have developed a violent streak in me this season of supposed-giving. as like my last entry I was into um...'cursing' and so, it definitely did not change much this morning. but...something just made my day. I FINALLY GOT A NEW PHONE! yes, after all my usual cheapo phones that cost nothing...haha. this one is no different. LOL. I have the samsung new ultra slim U-700 which is supposed to be 3.5G :S all the technical terms...the guy behind the counter was so amused by me. I asked him 'uh...how do I put in the memory card', 'is this 3G' hahaha. a tech-idiot. it's the ultimate princess phone. it has a character of its own: sensitive, gentle yet loud when you want it to be. LOL. it's an extremely sensitive phone. LOL. so this made christmas all the better:) I'm all smiles now. :)
oh. but what a drag. I have dance tommorrow. curses. [ok, I definitely need to do something about that bitch side]

yupp. that's right, the nightmare before Christmas: crowd control at Orchard. it was TERRIBLE. I repeat, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. especially the outdoor space between wisma and taka...can die. and it's sooo annoying cos people just shove past you with absolute ignorance and no apologies. how rude. and it doesn't help being so close to the tents and being light...like some pathetic pushover like that. people just bump you so hard you could just fall onto the plastic tents. and these 2 groups of people in particular...this group of taiwanese and another group of malays...I was soo annoyed, if I was there for another 2 minutes, I would have shouted 'lay off fat b****** or s****' (whichever works better). and therefore, the lesson that I learnt:
- never go to town on festive nights. or rather, walk outside. it's to die for
- and IF I do that, I'm gonna carry NEEDLES. we'll see who's gonna have a clear path now. ok, I take that back. I'm gonna carry needles EVERYWHERE I go. so no more shoving.

anyways...my mum said 'wow. look at your slim legs last time. so nice and long. now look so fat'. OMG. I almost died hearing that...ok, means...I so need to lose those fats that has been sitting for too long and not dissolving. irritants.

gosh...slept at 4 last night. I spent 4 HOURS lying in bed doing absolutely NOTHING. just cos I was suffering from insomnia, like wth. oh oh! but I'm still glad over my birthday surprise for my mum! Naturally, I had to be damn thick skinned to try not to feel the weird stares I got. everyone who walked past me STARED, and walked DAMN SLOWLY....they probably thought I was trying to set up some love spell or some cult crap. I got my brother to lure my mum to the balcony so she could see it and she loved it :)
- and of cos, a tiny tiramisu cake to end the 'morning' off. she thought that was it.
- clue #2: dance dance! and ever- ready stress reliever. while I was out with clique yesterday, I found this cd that had latin songs in it, and mum loves them. so while she was asleep, I snuck into her bathroom and placed it at the mirror. this morning, my brother came to tell me 'mummy's booking you today. she says later bring you go SHOPPING'. wow, I tried going back to sleep...but I couldn't. the sound of that wonderous word...BUT...it sucks...because, I HAVE NOTHING THAT I WANNA BUY IN PARTICULAR! gosh...just when my mum offers, I have nothing in mind. perfect...
- clue #3: 'happiness is like perfume. you can't give it away until you've got a little on yourself'. that's right. I got her this tiny Moschino perfume which I plan to sneak it into her bag later when we're going out.
- at lunch, I'm gonna give her the flowers I bought yesterday :) pretty.
- clue #4: 'captured by the lenses' [sorry jai. I borrowed it]. I'm gonna show it to her...4 minutes before cinderella time. made a video for her.
what a perfect day it's gonna be :) shopping plus surprises. beat that. hahahaha.
anyways, went to play badminton yesterday...it was real fun. none of us had a net...and brina didn't wanna go home to get it, so she insisted on buying. we went to different places only to make futile trips. on our last stop to NTUC, zai insisted they wouldn't have and even said 'I go carpark and buy', then mac said 'i think they have' and before you know it, zai was walking full speed ahead in search of brina. hahaha. boy, to his surprise, they actually sell it! so he had to pay for it! hahaha. moral of the story: never underestimate the power of le supermarket.
oh here's some of the funny things that happened:
- brina hit zai with the shuttlecock in the place where the sun doesn't shine. you get the drift...and we wound up laughing so hard.
- I have no idea how I did it, but when i hit the shuttlecock, the feathers and the bottom came out. amazing...
- I got hit in the neck and the back thanks to mac.
- oh oh. we were role playing: kenneth and sara playing badminton. LOL
- when we went for bubble tea, zai was sitting cross legged like a girl and brina ask him why. then he say 'my balls pain right' HAHAHAHA
- all of us started touching this dog and zai said we can touch him no longer and that he will chop off any parts that has been infected by dog essence. hahaha. so currently, he's left with just his torso.

ok. to cut the story short..basically..after meeting claire and shuwen to go for the mango sale, where we bought great stuff [I'll elaborate next time, cos shuwen is chasing me], met sher, jai, and wen for dinner at clarke quay...followed by a um....interesting experience of shisha :S. my expression tells it all.
ok. here's the long one. went to mango sale...and OMG! I bought like this cute and cheap dark orange tube babydoll for 19 bucks! not too bad huh. haha. then since I had not enough cash to buy my red dress, I went back afew days later to get it. and I absolutely adore it! :)
ok. I'm way too lazy to say more. procrastination wins.

yayness. met karms today! she was so sweet and bought me a pre-christmas present even though I was like half an hour late! had lunch at waraku pasta...omg. the corn soup is so nice!!! and the crepe too!! I want it again!!
went over to marina square for some christmas shopping and omg. the MANGO SALE! yes, I bought a dress!! so nice...but so ex. now I'm back to broke beyond broke. SIGH. I think that's what I say all the time. but miraculously, there's always money springing up from somewhere.
heading to clarke quay tommorrow for dinner with the shopaholics. that's gonna cost me a bomb. LOL. tuition in the morning, how dreadful.

I HAD SUCH A HORRID DAY TODAY. it's like nothing is going smoothly and I wound up feeling irritable the whole day.
- first, Jamie's msg appeared to me as 'meet at 945am' and so I reached there at that time only to find out the meeting time was an hour later. therefore, I wound up buying CLEO with all this while, I procrastinated to buy. a complete waste of money.
- the meeting was sort of useless if you ask me. with Jamie sharing her India trip pictures and thus, the meeting dragged forever.
- was hungry therefore was grouchy
- went to the post office to hand in the lost mail enquiry form...queueing for like rather long, only to spend like 2 mins there.
- isn't it always the case when you're rushing, and yet, ppl seem to take their own sweet time to walk. it's just plain annoying.
- went to popular only to find what I wanted not sold there.
- queued up so long at the cash deposit machine...and just when it reached my turn it said 'cash deposit service temporarily unavailable'. I was so irritated.
- fantastic. just posted this up. even the font size is going against me. it appeared smaller than ants.
QUEUES, QUEUES, QUEUES are starting to get on my nerves.

All thanks to my compulsive nerves for shopping, I've bought 2 pairs of shoes, and today, a bag from Accessorize, I'm absolutely BROKE. but then again, I've always declared myself in a state beyond poverty, yet, somehow, for some miraculous reason or another, I always find enough cash to get me by. Interesting.
Sher came back last night, so wen and I met her and her sister after lunch and indulged in cheap thrills. guess that's what happens when you have no money to spend. hahaha. or rather, after spending. NO MONEY= CHEAP THRILLS= CAMWHORE. how funny, last time wen would ask me to take a pic and it was as hard as getting a stubborn kid to take chinese medicine :S haha.
went christmas card shopping. cost us $9.90 at marks n spencers...and wen actually asked the sales lady for 2 portions of gift wrappers...the lady must have thought she was nuts to need so much paper to wrap a 9.90 present. hahaha
tried on caps at River Island, I honestly kinda like this one...but I wonder if I actually bought it, what are the chances of wearing it. hmmm...
too bad shuwen was busy doing her hair and missed this shot!
there, she finally found her spot :)
sigh. there's my sinister look. gross. but the dress was nice [abit big though :S]
anyways, that's about it from me.

nothing much to do now [aside from cleaning my room- which I'm procrastinating], so I'm blogging. yesterday, helped my mum be her hair and make up stylist for her company dnd. I must say, it was quite a success. cos she said everyone commented on her hair and make up. AND, she said she will pay me for doing a good job [who ask her so picky]. so yay! :)
had a hair cut too. finally, after 2 months...this time was done by my usual lady. so it's perfect :D so double yay! she straightened my hair and I wound up with a sort-of bangs hair cut. but, it's NOT bangs...my fringe is just shorter.
anyways, here's what I'm gonna/ attempt to do this holiday:
