it's been bad. not so much of the content...but the disappointments it brought. not disappointments in the subjects but definitely in my myself. i'm mentally exhausted, having to battle each disappoint brought forward. but i'm not done yet, not until i have exhausted the last of the remaining energy to pit myself against you. though i'm tired, there is a surge, a surge to win.

I'm in school now, waiting for jai to finish and the rest for the people going for the interview with the director of URA later. school is EXTREMELY BORING AND DRAINING. and I think I wanna take a break sometime next week. school's totally draining me out. and my dark circles are totally making me look like a panda!!! excuse my bimbotic-ness, but now I look like some drug addict uh. anyways, was glancing at Brina's blog and decided to pass time doing this useless quiz. it's like asking myself questions and replying them. nonetheless, boredom makes people do things they usually don't do.

the dreaded day of history exam. I'm real glad I studied hard, at least I know that I had put in the required points...only the quality is doubtful. but WHATEVER. I felt glad that it was over anyways, sure feels like I have no more exams...makes me feel lazy to study for lit on monday...maybe I just won't :P anyways I wanna thank the following people from 07A02:

my first happy birthday celebrated in school!! HAHA. last year was miserable, but still thanks to Jai :) she was so cute. she met me at the traffic light in a desperate attempt to light the muffin, which I totally caught her throwing the match onto the ground. HAHAHA. SO THANKS JAI!!! LOTS AND LOTS OF LOVE! then after the paper, Hans, Qiang, Prabs, Vic, Jai, Leonard and I went to kfc at lot 1 cos we were really hungry (I was about to type 'happy').

next, Jai and I took the bus with Hans and vic to town where we went to meet claire. And through some form of trickery, I was convinced to go to fish & co. what a toot excuse which I totally believed claire, "my sister gave me 200 bucks for my birthday, so can treat you" and Jai's enthusiasm in going fish & co.


walking into fish & co. after following jai to collect her lau pok handphone. (kidding jai! but it really is!), I saw Desmond and was about to comment to claire what a coincidence it was to see him there. and POOF! COG appeared there! hahaha. super happy surprise! and all thanks to main planning committee: CLAIRE AND SHUWEN! AHAHAHA. ABSOLUTELY PLENTY OF LOVE FOR YOU GUYS! haha. even kathlene was there! so :D :D :D I was so surprised when I sat down, my face was still flushed...lucky the place was dark, if not see my red hot face so embarrassing!! the night went great! I had a sunflower (which died the next day :( ), a box of little goodies!!! and A HUGE BIRTHDAY CARD! DAMN CUTE!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE PEOPLE LA! and to think I was completely tricked. hahahaha. nonetheless, a picture paints a thousand words, and you can see how much fun I had :) the joy of friends. my thank-you list includes:

21 March: CLIQUE CELEBRATION


there's no photos since I have to ask brina for them. but anyways, it was quite amusing. we went to eat ayam penyet, then mac, zai, brina all say need to go toilet- but actually ran to taka to get card and present. LOL. damn cute!. they took like forever and kenneth and I were like sitting there staring at our food with imaginary saliva dripping from our mouths and trying to contain ourselves to wait for the rest. after much waiting they finally came. and oh my present's so cute!!! here's what I got- japanese seventeen from zai (don't worry zai! I'll treasure it!), an underwear purse and notebook from topshop from brina (I love the underwear purse...I just don't know how to bring myself to use and underwear as a purse! hahaha.) and oh oh! my favourite: FLIGHT OF FANCY. WHOOOOOOOPPPPEEEEE! now I don't have to resort to cheapo methods of going by the samples and spritzing little slips of paper to put into my bag. HAHAHA. the toot waiter couldn't seem to take a photo properly at all despite holding the camera still with two hands. GOSH.


so I wanna thank clique: Brina, zai, mac and kenneth!


P.S. Kenneth, unlike you, this birthday princess is a good girl. the only drinks we had was WATER. HAHAHAH.

Happy Birthday Claire
happy birthday to claire!


slept at 4 trying to finish claire's picture book last night...then woke up at 0730 so I could get ready to meet wen at holland v at 10. we bought a really cute cookie cutter in memory of her baking as well as the coolest, hugest balloon ever! damn cute! damn ex too, but totally worth it! haha. then the biggest joke happened.


when we alighted at the ac bustop, shuwen tripped and let go of the big balloon. so we were screaming and screaming after the balloon while watching it float towards the huge tree. stuck. great...shuwen was considering borrowing a ladder from school (which, would be useless cos it was wayyyy too high up and the branch stretched over the road), then she considered climbing the tree. haha. she was like cursing and swearing away while xinfu and KT (dunno how to spell his name) were staring and sort of laughing at her. LOL. here are the many ways she tried to get the balloon down:


  • get sc and soccer gang to create a human ladder to grab the balloon

  • ask xinfu to climb the tree

  • SHE climb a tree

  • or climb a ladder

  • get the construction people to use their crane

whatever it was, she was ready to risk her life for it! it's so funny. LOL. imagine shuwen climbing a tree. then miraculously...the balloon got unstuck and started floating down to the other tree opposite...and down again the opposite way, RIGHT INTO MY ARMS! it was SO COOL. hahaha. after that, shuwen almost let go of it again- thankfully I held it. and after that, she held on to it for her dear life. hahaha. we waited for claire to finish dance and SURPRISE! she surprise until can cry. LOL. ok, that marks pretty much the end of what happened today for claire's birthday.


after which, wen and I headed down to raffles city, citylink, suntec.



raffles city- went to accessorize, topshop, river island and dorothy perkins, where wen bought a new black wallet, and I bought a new belt. so yay! we're broke...


citylink- boring as hell.


suntec-went to 'YES!' to get wen's pair of black glasses, walked to the miss sixties and designer sale. There I almost bought a ralph lauren kids age 6 pullover as a top! quite nice!, just NO MONEY :( stupid eh. then we went to gloria jeans to eat. nothing special.


the ride home was fantastic nap for me...it felt as if I fell into a deep sleep. and from bishan to khatib...it was as if I had entered into nothingness. I'm tired!

Oh wow, I haven't blogged in the longest time- simple, my life has definitely not been through any life-changing impacts and it's definitely not starting anytime soon. the holidays have passed by wayy to fast, faster than me being able to say 'stop'. oh yes, I got a pair of steve madden shoes (perfect) and ds lite for my birthday. so special thanks to my brother who has been so yummily nice to me even though I've been nothing but an annoying turtle to him. [oh yes, about turtle. xiaxue called her dead hard drive a chao turtle, I thought it was pretty funny. really! imagine it!]


okay, let's see...the school holidays...I am SUPPOSEDLY to be studying. I even planned my revision timetable! of cos, as usual, it's nothing but mere proof that I DID think of my common tests coming up. in reality...aside from monday and friday which I went out to study...books were practically non-existent in the days from tuesday to thursday.


met shuwen on tuesday to go 'tanning' [yeah right]. saw brina, whom I could barely recognise at that point of time...and cyn & co. the weather was so horrid! rain rain rain, until after shuwen and I bathed in that freezing liquid called water, the sun shone like a sign of mockery. and today (friday) it was shining like soo brightly?! irritating. oh, then watched leap years with wen and claire. it's soooo nice...

oh yes, in preparation for Danceworks '08. look at us adjusting and combing our wigs :S apparently, mine looked like my normal hair...just shorter. I had to wear all the things I usually hate to wear and would never be caught wearing.oh, was playing around with the cute features on my phone.

was reminiscing about the period of neoprints...and how everyone seem to have put on weight after leaving MG. now would that be good or bad?
